Several rooms in the directory keep a private salon for small evenings — a birthday tasting, a quiet dinner with pairings, a rehearsal of something that deserves an unhurried room. We broker the introduction; the lounge hosts the evening.
Write to us with the date, the party size, and any pairings in mind. We’ll send back the shortlist of rooms that fit and hand you off to the lounge’s events team for the final arrangements.
