By placing an order with MokaCigar you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Age Gate

All visitors to the MokaCigar website are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older before accessing the Site. Access is restricted until this confirmation is provided.

4. Order-Level Verification

At checkout, all customers are required to confirm they are 18 or over. We may additionally use electronic age-verification services, which cross-reference information such as the electoral roll, credit reference data, and other public databases.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the customer’s age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5. Delivery-Level Verification

Our courier partners may request valid photo identification from the person accepting the parcel. If satisfactory ID cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused and the parcel returned to us.

Re-delivery charges may apply for parcels returned due to failed age verification.

6. Purchasing on Behalf of Minors
