Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after this time are dispatched the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your parcel has shipped.

All UK deliveries are sent via tracked services. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

3. International Delivery

We deliver to selected international destinations. International shipments are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that some countries restrict or prohibit the import of tobacco products. It is your responsibility to check local regulations before placing an order.

4. Packaging

All cigars are shipped in humidity-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Gift packaging is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Upon receipt, please do not leave cigars in a vehicle or direct sunlight. We recommend placing them in a humidor within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Age Verification on Delivery

Under UK law, tobacco products may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. Our couriers are legally required to verify the age of the person accepting the parcel. You or the recipient may be asked to present valid photo ID.

If the person accepting delivery cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Failed Deliveries & Missed Parcels

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card. The parcel will either be re-attempted the following business day or held at the local depot for up to 7 days.

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or failed age verification may incur a re-delivery charge.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us. We ask that you allow at least 5 business days from the estimated delivery date before reporting a parcel as lost.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Click & Collect

A Click & Collect service is planned for the future. Details will be published on the Site once available.
